Mattress Jumping

I know a lot of you are "trapped" inside a lot during the winter due to the cold. I thought I'd share some indoor fun we had over break.

We got my youngest a new mattress (for his full sized bed) and while we were putting the new mattress on the old one went out into the living room. It became an instant trampoline.

They then moved it to the front room and started doing flips. They played on it for HOURS. Dad came home and it turned into a wrestling mat. It's STILL in the front room.

Yes. We have a mattress on the floor in our family/living room. I highly recommend it ;)

What I am happy to see we are not the only ones ;) My kids also love it!

Mattress jumping is FUN.

Maybe that's why we have gone through so many air mattresses? We never seem to have a working one when guests come. :)

That is so funny! I thought we were the only ones! Our was a queen siz so all three monkeys bounced and did flips and wrestled for days! Have fun!!

Those are great pictures! My mom used to let us do this when we were little girls and we LOVED it so I took my 14 month old son's crib mattress out of his crib a few weeks ago and he will "jump" on it for at least 30 minutes at a time (which is an eternity in toddler time.)
